Nizar Ben Salem presented a speech entitled «Value chains, a solution for changing cultures» as part of the launch of the professional master’s program at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Douala. We thank the speakers for their interests, the faculty and the administrative staff especially Professor Kana, Head of the Dietetics Sector, and Amélie Bonda who initiated this initiative.
